I spoke with Jerry in the Parts Department and I could not have ask for any better help. He order by tire and called me as soon as it came in. When I brought in my car, I ask if I could have my service maintenance done as well. Without hesitation, the answer was yes! The bonus for me was I received a ride to work after dropping my car off. With my living out of town, but working in Auburn, this was awesome, Great Job Opelika Ford! More

Great people I have had several issues with my 2016 F-150 since I got it. It has been in the shop 5 times in 9700 miles and I am disappointed but I understand ever I have had several issues with my 2016 F-150 since I got it. I can tell you that the staff up front in the service department are extremely nice and really try to help you out as much as possible. I could not have been more impressed by Aaron Stevens the Technician that handle my truck. He took the time to test drive the truck with me and help me understand the issues that were going on with it. He is top notch and I appreciate him taking the extra time with me. More

Very Rude Customer service We went to this dealership because it was so close to work. While we were there the woman we dealt with at the service desk was extremely rude. We rented a car while we were waiting for our new car, had the car maybe 2 weeks and when we returned it they claimed we damaged it and would have to pay for it immediately. When I asked for proof we damaged it she refused to show us. we ended up not buying a car from them and managed to get the exact same car some where else for a lot less. I will never do service with this place again! More
