Lied about Warranty Coverage. I purchased a new set of tires for my jeep thought their service department and was told that roadside issues including tire pictures would be covered. Got a screw in my tire tires for my jeep thought their service department and was told that roadside issues including tire pictures would be covered. Got a screw in my tire and took for reaper or service. Very rude guy at the service desk (only identified by an orange facemask) told me that coverage was only good for manufacture defects and I will need to buy a new tire. Well Ill buy a new tire but not from these people. Take your business elsewhere. More

Bought a certified truck been waiting 3 months on them to actually fix it. If I could give a 0 star I would.
