NEVER EVER buy a car from Opelika Ford! We had my car appraised, an amount set for it, I had gotten a loan for the car approved already(they knew this), HAD AN APPOINTMENT to go buy an Expedition from t appraised, an amount set for it, I had gotten a loan for the car approved already(they knew this), HAD AN APPOINTMENT to go buy an Expedition from them, got there 10 min before our appointment and because someone came to look at the car right before we got there, they let them buy the car as we stood there. Pissed is not even the word for it! Not to mention the general manager was a complete xxx and all he could say was “first come first serve.” We set up the appointment the day before and was NEVER told first come first serve or anything!!! Come to find out from our sales guy (WHO WAS AWESOME btw) that this is the second time this month they have done that to him! I get the whole thing of people not showing up for appointments or whatever HOWEVER, why not tell the people who came to look at the car that “someone has an appointment to come buy it at 4:30 so if they come, it’s their car, if not then it’s yours.” We called the owner and he even said he saw in the computer all of the things we did beforehand AND saw that we had the appointment! I will never do business with them and if anyone else does they are stupid!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS! If I could give them no stars I would!!! More
Bought a certified truck been waiting 3 months on them to actually fix it. If I could give a 0 star I would. Poor. Did not receive a copy of work order of service performed and have issues with tire sensor and we told them and they said it didn't show on there computers so wouldn't do anything about it. If I could leave zero stars I would. This dealership has no regard for the customer. I know that is true for almost every car dealership, but I have never seen such arrogant and dismissive behavior from an no regard for the customer. I know that is true for almost every car dealership, but I have never seen such arrogant and dismissive behavior from an entire dealership before like I’ve seen at Opelika Ford. We purchased a 2019 F250 in December 2018 and in 2019 we traded it in at another dealership due to many issues with the truck. But the issues with the truck has nothing to do with Opelika Ford. Anyway, once we traded it in we went to Opelika Ford to get the platinum extended warranty cancelled and get the pro rated amount refunded to us (refund totaling $2,000.00). After multiple trips to Opelika Ford (45 minutes away) and multiple phone calls over the last 3 months we have continued to get the run around. It’s either being told the person that handles that is not working or is too busy. And after 3 months they still have not processed the cancellation request. It has nothing to do with their employees being too busy, it boils down to the charge backs they will have to pay because part of what they sold us has to be refunded. So I would suggest staying far away from this dealership if you want to avoid future headaches, wasted time and loss of money. More

I worked with Tripp Burnett in the purchase of my Ram 2500. During the course of the test drive and purchase the experience was pressure free.
