I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Opelika Ford. My experience with salesman Tony Conley and GM Ed Hudson has been extremely frustrating. After purchasing a vehicle that completely Opelika Ford. My experience with salesman Tony Conley and GM Ed Hudson has been extremely frustrating. After purchasing a vehicle that completely stopped working, the dealership agreed to unwind the deal and give me the value of my trade-in. However, I was only given a “We Owe” form and have been left waiting without transportation, without my money, and without confirmation that my finance company has even been contacted for payoff. This has caused me to miss work and lose income while waiting for a resolution. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and urgency from a dealership and its management team. At this point, I’m hoping they resolve the situation quickly so further action isn’t necessary. More

After looking at several vehicles one after the other had issues, but Spenser was great he worked through what seemed like a lost cause until I found the vehicle right for me. He checked things I hadn’t thought of and even when I had to return near closing time he was patient. Im a difficult customer and he just worked with me until I got a deal I could was ok with. The dealership could have provided a better experience, there are lots of associates just walking around and staring they aren’t friendly and it’s almost like your an inconvenience. Spenser great!
