After inspecting the car, one of the critical repairs the technician identified was that the AC evaporator needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of $2,600.00. After looking at the picture the technician provided, I could see that the test equipment indicated a temperature of 88 degrees was not cooling down. Auto Climate was on and both the left and right temperatures were set to LO. However, when looking closely at the picture, I could see the AC button was off. The AC was not even turned on. Since leaving the dealership, we have not experienced any problems with the AC. This experience has left me not trusting this dealership. I think they were looking for ways to do extra work - trying to scam me. I will not be returning to this dealership. Others be aware. More
