Recently had first new car service. Ivan was so good about explaining and answering questions. I have always had a great experience at Ontario Volvo. I’ve been coming here since 2005 when I purchased my first Volvo. Matthew (service advisor) and Mark (vehicle loans) were both outstanding. They provided me excellent service (even helped me move heavy car seats from one car to another) and provided me with a clean loane both outstanding. They provided me excellent service (even helped me move heavy car seats from one car to another) and provided me with a clean loaner to use while my car was being serviced. Matthew even took the time to notify me that he would be out on leave and to confirm the estimated date of arrival for my car part. He was very mindful of my busy work schedule and worked with me in regards to the loaner vehicle. The dealership itself has an adorable play room for children (my children actually look forward to going to the Volvo dealership). Thank you Matthew and Mark for making a very stressful situation (vehicle getting towed in) much more pleasant. You two are wonderful and very much appreciated. More
