So much so that, even though we live 600 miles away in Northern California, we made the decision to purchase our new car through the Ontario Volvo dealership. Over the course of the last 10 months, we developed a close working relationship with Michael Flaherty. He was responsive to all of our questions, and his expertise helped us navigate the Overseas Delivery Program (OSD), which at first seemed too good to be true, but it was in fact EVERYTHING he said it would be, and more! Michael and the rest of the Ontario Volvo team has been nothing short of fantastic to deal with! Michael is a font of knowledge, guiding us through each step of the Overseas Delivery Program (OSD). He helped us design and order our dream car, an XC90, which was built to our specifications, and delivered “off the line” to us in Gothenburg, Sweden. After we received our beautiful 2025 model, we proceeded to drive through Sweden, Denmark, and Germany before having the car shipped back to the Ontario dealership. Everything from our flights, the hotel, and even dinner out was arranged by Michael and the help of a travel agent all provided for us by the World of Volvo. I can’t recommend Michael, THE OSD program, and Ontario Volvo more highly! More
