First and foremost, this is nothing personal. I'm sure you're all nice folks, but in this competitive sales market, you really have to do better. How are you going to differentiate yourselves from Lexus, Audi, BMW....? Can't beat them on car quality, so it better be in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Michael was very friendly. So was Shaq. Kory never introduced himself, had no idea who he was. Alex tried to help, was professional, but his hands are tied. Drivers side window has never worked, it won't roll down, on a 2025 XC90. Service dept cannot accommodate fixing the window and providing a loaner car. I live 60 miles away, so I have to come sit at the dealer and wait to *HOPEFULLY* fix the window and not have to keep it overnight to wait for a part. Do you provide a pillow and blanket if I have to sleep there? I am VERY disappointed that more effort isn't made to take care of a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER. Additionally, I sold my old car to the dealership. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received the check for the sale. $10,000. This is my 3rd Volvo and my first from your dealership. I am disappointed.
