My Volvo family, i feel so betrayed by Ontario Volvo and there services... 1st I'll give my history and what led me to these accusations. You have to excuse me, I am a 4x owner of a Volvo car... I purchased there services... 1st I'll give my history and what led me to these accusations. You have to excuse me, I am a 4x owner of a Volvo car... I purchased my 1st Volvo, in St Louis back in '95' after being drafted to the St Louis Rams. I actually purchased a 190E class Benz that played out on me at Busch parking lot... Long story short, I had Volvo pick it up for a trade on my 1st Volvo an 850 series... From '95' to present date I have owned 2 850s a C70 and now a S90 T5...In all my time as a Volvo owner have i ever to my knowledge let anyone other than Volvo service my Volvo....and with all this being said, I've recently been following my up keep on my maintenance... Everything has been on service schedule... So when i recently take my IN TIP TOP running S90 T5 Momentum for a REGULAR 40K MAINTENANCE which it was at 39k ...2 days later an A.C that was blowing perfectly cold air at 10am. 2 days later after a REGULAR SERVICE IT DECIDES IT WANTS TO BLOW HOT AIR... I feel truly BETRAYED BY VOLVO ONTARIO. They want me to bring it back, so they can tell me how much it will cost... Sounds like an organized SHAKE down... .... TRULY HURT AND DISGUSTED!!!!!! NOT ANY OF THE OTHER VOLVOS I HAD OWNED HAD AAAAAANYY MAJOR ISSUES SUCH AS THIS OR SO CALLED... you have to excuse me, for I am beyond pissed!!! More
