Service Advisor set expectations, work was done efficiently and completely, Service Advisor reviewed actions taken and recommended future actions to take, both personally and service department wise. Very professional and respectful. Parts Department was also equal to the standard set by the Service Department. Will definitely be back and even though I live 40 miles frontage dealership I will certainly recommend Ontario VW for both sales and service. More
