Awesome Real People Work Here My wife and I came in to Ontario VW to test drive a 2017 Golf. Zachary assisted us in finding one to test drive. He was positive, very informative, nice, and listened to our needs in finding what we were looking for. As soon as I sat in the Golf I knew I loved it. I test drove both a manual standard and an automatic Wolfsburg edition. I decided on the latter. After which I was helped by Greg who was a no nonsense and down to earth friendly guy who assisted us with financing the vehicle with a plan that fit our budget. Next our finance paperwork was expedited quickly by a very nice lady in the finance department and we were set. Lastly, Zachary gave us a tour of the service facility and then went over all of the vehicle's features. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with their service and how friendly and family oriented they were. They were patient and not overwhelming like other typical big name dealerships. I appreciate that. I am now a happy owner of a brand new VW! More
