Fair, fast and awesome! I shopped several different models of vehicles at several different dealerships before stopping in at Ontario VW. There was a completely different vib I shopped several different models of vehicles at several different dealerships before stopping in at Ontario VW. There was a completely different vibe there compared to the other dealerships. Augie Gomez made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy AT ALL! It took me several days to make my final decision on which car to buy. Augie was patient and so helpful. In fact, he was kind enough to answer all of my additional questions via text, on his days off. I feel I paid a fair price and once I finally made my decision, closing the deal was lightning fast (less than an hour). Kyle, in finance was fantastic too! He had me laughing the whole time. I'm so in love with my cute little red wagon, Scarlett. I'm thankful to everyone at Ontario VW for helping me bring Scarlett home, especially Augie Gomez. :-) More
