This is the first time at this dealership with my EOS that I recently bought from a private party. Not only did Phil look up past service records on my car, but took the time to show me future serivces and recommended times to get them done and was honest about the ones I did not need. He also answered questions on a VW Golf I bought my son last weekend that was not being serviced at that time. When he was done writing up my service order, he walked me over to the parts desk and introduced me to Jason who helped me next. Phil answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. More
