As usual, I experienced great customer service at the Service Dept. when I came in for car maintenance and general check-up this week. The Service Dept. Reps. were knowledgeable and friendly, from an ini Service Dept. when I came in for car maintenance and general check-up this week. The Service Dept. Reps. were knowledgeable and friendly, from an initial greeting while in line to completion of service and repairs. Joseph was a friendly and caring individual who I had met before. He carefully listened as I explained what I wanted done that day (service and possible repairs, if needed). He made a great suggestion that I hadn't thought of and which I added to my work request. After the initial work was completed, he followed up (via phone) to advise that the work had been completed. However, thankfully, he recommended a couple of urgently needed parts and additional service related thereto, which I approved and was completed in a very reasonable time. I have been a customer for 9-10 years and traveled a distance of 12 miles to have needed service work performed at this location, even though a new dealer opened at least 3-5 years ago within appx. 3 miles of my home. I would highly recommend Ontario Hyundai for car service or repair needs and/or if you're looking for a new car! More
As a senior citizen, I believe I was completely taken advantage of and sold a car I never wanted, and in any other circumstance would have never bought. I tried to return the car under the 3 day rule the advantage of and sold a car I never wanted, and in any other circumstance would have never bought. I tried to return the car under the 3 day rule the very next day, but no one would discuss it with me. I was left sitting, completely ignored, in the office for over an hour. Now I am stuck with a car that does not meet my requirements. My 2 previous cars, both Sonata Limited's, were leased from Ontario Hyundai. But never again. I have learned my lesson. The people of Ontario Hyundai cannot be trusted to do what the customer wants. They are liars, crafty, and deceitful. I will NEVER PURCHASE OR LEASE ANOTHER CAR FROM ONTARIO HYUNDAI. Furthermore, I have no intention and every purchasing another Hyundai when my current lease is up. More

Nick initially reached out to me when I called about their Costco program and provided honest quotes. Anthony was enthusiastic and quite knowledgeable when it came to the Ioniq. Brian, the financial guy, was quite helpful, taking the time to explain all our coverage options and leasing vs purchasing information. I did not feel like I was being rushed throughout the whole negotiating process. Despite the heavy rain, they were patient with closing the deal. I came away with the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for my wife: a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL AWD in white. Thank you, Ontario Hyundai! More
