Starting out, im calling in to make an appt to get my oil changed, say my type of car and ask for a price, the girl says let me check and puts me on a transfer that just hangs up. I call back and say whatever they ask for like two minutes while they fumble to make my appt with inputting my vin, then when i saybid like to make my appt for today for like the fifth time it finally clicks and she rudely said that they dont do same day appointments, and id need to just drive in. It was 9:10 i made an appointment online for 9:20. So she wasnt able to make my appointment because it was a same day schedule but i could? Then service took way too long, tried ti upsake me and had to deny several times stating that i had to just leave my car here and return to a previous obligation. Sat in my car for 20 minutes past my appointment until someone even came to tell me they can take my car now. Was told id get a text when it was done, never did. Rude staff Took too long More

This whole situation has left me with no registration an additional $1400 added to my remaining car note and my car malfunctioning since they last did a service. This dealership has a negative history of the service team "performing" car service only to find out they either half-assed and cost you more down the line or charge you for services that they didn't do. The representative that initiated contact ran a credit inquiry without my knowledge and consent 30 days after he had already ran 3 credit inquires with Golden 1, OTO LLC and another credit union. I have lost over 20 points on my credit scores and get nervous driving around without my registration that no one has given me an ETA on but it has been paid for. The owner of this dealership needs to take a moment and really consider how he operates his business because given the poor track record, I wouldn't be shocked if they have a class action lawsuit filed against them. They definitely deserve it here. Do not purchase, refinance or get your car "serviced" here without reading all of the 1 star reviews and take note of all the complaints that have been filed within the last 12 months on BBB. They will tank your score and bring you a Starbucks after making you feel like a hysterical liar. More
