I am writing to warn others about the predatory and disrespectful practices at this service department. My experience reveals a culture of systematic dishonesty. 1. Blatant Lying & "Bait-and-Switch" disrespectful practices at this service department. My experience reveals a culture of systematic dishonesty. 1. Blatant Lying & "Bait-and-Switch": I presented a factory-sponsored maintenance coupon featuring this dealership's own address and phone number. Advisor Kay looked me in the eye and falsely claimed the coupon was "not from them." She aggressively pushed a more expensive $429 package and would not honor my coupon. It was only after I spoke directly to the manager and showed him the coupon that Kay was forced to honor the original $279 price. She did not do this willingly; she was caught lying and was corrected by her own manager. 2. A Pattern of Over-Selling: This is their standard practice. On a previous visit, after driving only 3,000-4,000 miles, I was charged nearly $600 for an oil change by adding unnecessary services my car did not need. 3. The Ultimate Disrespect - Unauthorized Alteration: The most shocking violation was discovering that technicians REMOVED the original dealership badges from my car and REPLACED them with their own—WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. "This is the core of the issue: a complete lack of respect. Had you politely asked for my permission to change the badges, I might have agreed. But you deliberately chose not to ask. You do not have the right to make alterations to my private property simply because it is in your shop. This is an invasive and arrogant practice." The behavior of advisor Kay, combined with this unethical policy, shows a profound disrespect for customers. I do not trust them. Avoid this service center unless you want to be lied to, overcharged, and have your car altered without your permission. I demand that they contact me immediately to schedule the restoration of my original dealership badge. They had absolutely no right to remove and replace it without my explicit permission. This was a violation of my property, and rectifying it is their responsibility.Even if I were to accept their apology and drive all the way back to have my original badge reinstalled, it doesn't change the fact that they've already wasted a significant amount of my time. I am profoundly disappointed with this establishment. More
