B. Burnell - no appt; head & tail lights. Showed up w/out appt. Team took me in immediately. 2.5 hour estimate. Took mmaaaaaybe an hour over estimate; the team decided 2 bulbs in the same week Showed up w/out appt. Team took me in immediately. 2.5 hour estimate.
