I was greeted instantly by cheerful, authentic staff who knew my name by the 2nd day. Sales associates were very knowledgeable about the product. The no-haggle pricing was terrific. The user friendly technology - showing pricing, loan rates, etc. on a large screen - was a welcome relief from previous car transactions. I understood the numbers at all times. Icing on the cake. Special treatment items: - 24-hour “test drive”!! - Full tank of gas - Two year’s maintenance included (manufacturer’s thing?) - 30-minute post-purchase drive with salesperson to learn car features A comfortable, stress-free, purchase experience.
