Service dept. is a joke. I had a 10:00am appt. on 12/28/2020. I dropped off a 2017 Kia Forte on 12/27/2020 for a large amount of warranty repairs. Tail lights full of water, trunk full of water, and blower motor went out. I was supposed to pick it up on Wednesday, and I had to pay to rent a car as they would not provide one. Wednesday came and no phone calls, so I called at 4:55 pm and was told by Todd that the wrong part came in and they had to reorder, it would be ready Thursday. I called again on Thursday at 4:55 pm and was told they had left early and will be closed Friday, I can't get my car back until Saturday. I spoke to Lee Jackson, who promised I would be taken care of and reimbursed for the extra days car rental.Three more days of car rental fees. I will never buy a Kia again, not because of the cars, or the salespeople, but because of this service dept. It is now 01/02/2021 and I am now paying for a ride up to get my car today hopefully. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Update: I just picked up my car, and went to speak with Lee Jackson. He said take it up with the service Dept. it has nothing to do with him. I mentioned I have purchased 5 Kia's and will not be buying anymore from them. He got angry and told me to leave since I was threatening him by saying I would not be purchasing any more vehicles from them. They have my money and don't care anymore. I leave and notice the tail lights are still not working. They resealed the lights but did not change the bulbs. 30 mile drive home with no tail lights in the pouring down rain. KIA defective repairs cost me $206.73 after paying for rental car for 6 days, new tail lights and $40 to go pick it up. I have never been treated so horrible by a company before. More
Went to the Express lube on Saturday morning 12/19/20 no appointment necessary?? (RIGHT) Once I was greeted by the staff I was told I would have an hour and one half wait since they had two customers ahead appointment necessary?? (RIGHT) Once I was greeted by the staff I was told I would have an hour and one half wait since they had two customers ahead of me that took the time to schedule an appointment. Not wanting to wait that amount of time for an oil change that should generally only take 30 minutes at the most, I choose to leave. I live in Montesano and it is a 63 mile round trip for me to this Dealership. (no worries is what it is) So, I came home got on the service scheduler through Hanson Motors web site and made myself an appointment for Monday morning12/21/20 @ 9:30 am for the Express Lube oil change. Monday morning I made my drive in not so pleasant weather conditions to Hansen Subaru for my oil change. I arrived 15 mins early to be greeted by the Service Agent, as I am sitting in the Express lube stall asking what I wanted? Really?? what would an individual think they may want when they have a vehicle sitting in the Express Lube line, Breakfast??? anyway, at that point I mentioned I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change only nothing else needed. I was then to my surprise the kid once again told me I was going to have to wait for an hour and one half for my oil change, I said REALLY? I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am the kid said well "So did 2 other people" in amazement I said well sounds like you over booked yourself!! and I told him to forget it and backed out of the stall what's the reason to make an appointment if you are having to wait the same amount of time when you don't have an appointment?? for once again a service that should only take 30-45 min tops and that includes a smoke break for the Technician!! Needless to say after my 63 mile commute again to get a basic service done at Hansen Subaru I was once again forced to leave without an oil change. Came home and did the oil change myself $35 in parts and done in less than 30 minutes!! I personally will not waist my time with this dealership in the future and will not recommend Hansen Express lube Thanks for nothing Hansen Rod Greene Montesano More
