Olympia Subaru

I bought a 2022 Kia Carnival and I am very pleased with my MPV (car)! When I went to look at the Carnival I explained I wanted one in blue. Skip looked and found one for me that was being shipped into anot my MPV (car)! When I went to look at the Carnival I explained I wanted one in blue. Skip looked and found one for me that was being shipped into another dealership. He was able to secure the car for me. I had to wait for it to come in but it was well worth the wait! It get great gas mileage. On my first trip I took I got 30 mpg on the freeway and it gets good mileage in town. The midnight blue color is so beautiful! My car didn’t have all the bells and whistles but it has everything I needed and more that I’m glad it has. I have the 8 passenger one and it sits great! I couldn’t ask for a better car! My younger grandkids love how easy it is for them to get in and buckle themselves in. My oldest grandson who just got his license said he wanted my car. I did let him drive it a short distance. We took my husbands car in to get a new battery put in ($200) asked about the car settings and was told everything would be good. Nope!! We could have put the dang battery in our selfs and saved $100 bucks but we took it to the professional to change out. MISTAKE! Then I ordered and paid for rain gutters, had them shipped to their shop for pickup. Got the email they are in on Monday went to pick them up on Wednesday and they had refunded our money and sent them back on Tuesday the day before, it was barely 24 hours after getting them in their shop. They never responded to the messages we left after going home a rereading the emails proving they where wrong. We will never do business with Hanson’s nor recommend them to anyone we know. Poor service and parts departments More

First rate customer care! From the moment you drive onto the lot to when you leave you are taken care of. Loaner cars are immaculate. Work done on my vehicle was well coordinated as it also involved an outs the lot to when you leave you are taken care of. Loaner cars are immaculate.
