Ordered a 2022 Forester and put a $500 deposit down on it. When we left the dealership we didn't receive the sales slip they only gave us the factory order sheet and there was no indication of the $500 de it. They only gave us the factory order sheet. When we finally got the sales sheet the MSRP and the "Hanson" price were off by $2600!!! We cancelled the order and now they will not give us the $500 deposit back. More

Hanson Kia if Olympia played pricing games for over 6 hours. The salesman told inappropriate jokes and got the paperwork wrong multiple times. Even after spending way too much time at the dealership we h hours. The salesman told inappropriate jokes and got the paperwork wrong multiple times. I bought a 2022 Kia Carnival and I am very pleased with my MPV (car)! When I went to look at the Carnival I explained I wanted one in blue. Skip looked and found one for me that was being shipped into anot my MPV (car)! When I went to look at the Carnival I explained I wanted one in blue. Skip looked and found one for me that was being shipped into another dealership. He was able to secure the car for me. I had to wait for it to come in but it was well worth the wait! It get great gas mileage. On my first trip I took I got 30 mpg on the freeway and it gets good mileage in town. The midnight blue color is so beautiful! My car didn’t have all the bells and whistles but it has everything I needed and more that I’m glad it has. I have the 8 passenger one and it sits great! I couldn’t ask for a better car! My younger grandkids love how easy it is for them to get in and buckle themselves in. My oldest grandson who just got his license said he wanted my car. I did let him drive it a short distance. Thanks Skip at Hanson Kia for finding my dream car! More
We took my husbands car in to get a new battery put in ($200) asked about the car settings and was told everything would be good. Nope!! All his settings he set up on the car over the years were gone. The radio does not hook to his phone and when he does get it to set it will drop it after awhile. We could have put the dang battery in our selfs and saved $100 bucks but we took it to the professional to change out. MISTAKE! Then I ordered and paid for rain gutters, had them shipped to their shop for pickup. Got the email they are in on Monday went to pick them up on Wednesday and they had refunded our money and sent them back on Tuesday the day before, it was barely 24 hours after getting them in their shop. They never responded to the messages we left after going home a rereading the emails proving they where wrong. We will never do business with Hanson’s nor recommend them to anyone we know.
