I am really disappointed and discouraged by our experience. I spent over 4 hours of driving to visit Olympia Nissan based on information provided by Internet Manager about possible trade-in range experience. I spent over 4 hours of driving to visit Olympia Nissan based on information provided by Internet Manager about possible trade-in range and the ability to order a car. Instead of $5-6k range indicated for trade-in, we were offered $3k, which was lower than other dealerships and even with initial lower price on new car, was a worst deal. It wasn't even at the $3.8k KBB minimum even though car was in great shape and the owner of another dealership said it was the nicest he had seen of that model/year/mileage and was sold by them for over 3x that value. Even though Internet Manager indicated we could order a car, we were informed once there the dealership had reached its allocation for orders and couldn't order. We were then told even if we could order, instead of the 3-6 months indicated, would likely be a year out and that the rosewood color was on hold for what the salesperson suggested might be "paint issues." He then offered silver one that could be obtained from Oregon. Even though we worked with senior sales manager, we found challenges getting our questions answered on basic options, buying options/pricing and felt almost a lack of interest in selling a car. I was asking for honesty to help my mother-in-law due to drive/time factor and instead was lured in by lots of false information. This was a frustrating and negative experience and I recommend steering clear of this dealership. More

Easiest car purchase we have ever done. All the sales Staff were friendly and helpful. Our sales person, Autumn, was super and we felt she went above and beyond what we have experienced All the sales Staff were friendly and helpful. Our sales person, Autumn, was super and we felt she went above and beyond what we have experienced with sales staff at other dealerships. Our daughter bought a car 2 weeks before us from Autumn and that sealed the deal for us!!! More
