Bruce and the guys should be ashamed of themselves. A $200 diagnostic and a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR part for a latch for a gas door? COME ON. And then you said she needs all four new tires and so the quote was a cool $1300. Just SICK and DEPRAVED. I checked her tires and two of them are just fine with enough tread on them to last a while. She CERTAINLY doesn’t need all four. Be that as it may, what an utterly wasteful trip and amount of time to find out that you were prepared to commit highway robbery against my wife for a simple gas door latch. DESPICABLE. Then we get an email from them thanking us for our loyalty. The diagnostic fee of $200 was NOT announced beforehand, and this was just SICK. More

This was our last oil change and Tire Rotation deal purchased on 8/12/20. Every Service report until the 7/28/2023 report, says the tires were rotated. When we made appointment we made sure to include the tire rotation because we have been told before, that isn't part of the service for an oil change. That's the deal we purchased on 8/12/20 so please make sure they rotate the tires. When Megan took our car in we mentioned the tire rotation again. When they returned to car to us and Megan handed over the paperwork I assumed the tires were rotated. When we got to the car we checked the paperwork it didn't show any rotation, we had marked the two front rims and they were not rotated. My husband took the paperwork back in and asked if the tires were rotated, she looked on the computer and said it looks like they were. He said well they weren't rotated because he had marked the front two rims and they were still on the front. She looked at the computer and said it didn't matter because we didn't have a free tire rotation anyway.. Makes me wonder how many other people have paid for services and never received them. Heck it makes me wonder if my oil change was done. You want perfect marks, teach you employees how to do their jobs right. Very disappointed More
