When a month later we had to unexpectedly buy a 2nd car, we weren’t necessarily expecting to go back to Olympia Nissan as we were shopping for the best deal. However, that ended up being at that very dealership once again. This time as return customers the process was even more efficient and we were treated just as well. We are confident we were offered fair deals for good vehicles, and had the pleasure of great customer service on top of that. Special shoutout to Seth from sales and Chet from finance for helping us along both purchases. It was worth the 100 mile drive both times! More
I came in to have my glove box replaced because a burglar had broken off the handle. This is the first time, in my experience, that this dealership failed in all aspects of this task. First, after being on backorder for 6 months, the Parts Department had ordered the wrong box (and the correct one is on backorder. Second, when I came in I intentionally opened the glove box (the latch could be opened with a small screwdriver) specifically so that the technician could readily access the box. Between the time I parked the vehicle and when it was worked on in the shop, someone closed the box and the technician ripped it open, wrecking the latch. As a result, I now have the box closed with duct tape. It took them an hour and a half to tell me about the problems. Obviously, I'm not a happy camper! More

I am so disgusted with this dealerships service center. I brought my rogue in due to a leak that was coming in under the dashboard. Not only did they not start working on my car or even check it in until o I brought my rogue in due to a leak that was coming in under the dashboard. Not only did they not start working on my car or even check it in until over 24 hours after my appointment, they spent more time trying to convince me to get extra work on my car than looking for my leak. Then, they reported that they needed to do an alignment. Then they said that my left front strut was stuck so they couldn't do the alignment but they did balance and rotate my tires. They did not do that. But charged me for it. None of my tires were to the factory specification PSI. Also, a tire that was lower than the others was still in the exact same spot. Regardless, I schedule another appointment to get the strut replaced after they refused to give me a courtesy car to get it done while they still had it. While they have my car to get the strut replaced, I am contacted that now something is wrong with the steering knuckle which could only be damaged in an accident so the $1200 part would not be covered by the warranty (which they tried to convince me and my husband that I didn't have) This car had never been in an accident since I owned it. We requested they stop working on my car. When my husband went in to pick up my car, he found out that they couldn't do the alignment due to the knuckle problem, but also that they LIED about doing our alignment last year as well, because this problem has been present for as long as we have had this car, and no one said anything. I absolutely will not be bringing any of my cars back to this dealership. They lied to our faces multiple times and I feel like i could never trust them to get the work done. And my car still has the leak! More
