First Time Car Buyer! I had the pleasure of working with Bill Lucas. I only have praises to sing about my experience. As a first time buyer I mentioned I would need to take the bus, Bill went above and beyond and picked me up in the car I was interested in buying. After a test drive to the dealership and help signing up for car insurance I was on my way to purchasing a new vehicle. Bill was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each detail and answer all of my questions. He even offered me delicious coffee. When it was time to work with finance I was greeted by Sean who very well dressed. He guided me through the final signing process and took my down payment. He was hilarious! We had a great time talking while taking care of business. At the close Bill guided me to my new vehicle and gave me a stainless steel coffee mug, welcoming me to the Nissan family. I felt well treated and taken care of, they worked with me to get the best deal and it was a wonderful experience.
