I went to Olympia Nissan to look at a vehicle in person after being turned down multiple times by other dealerships both online and in person. I decided this would be my last try if I get turned away again after being turned down multiple times by other dealerships both online and in person. I decided this would be my last try if I get turned away again. I am SO GLAD we went! I have serious credit challenges due to fighting a battle with cancer, these guys are FANTASTIC! They were so helpful and even though I couldn't afford the truck I went in to buy, they offered other options, and helped me get a really nice 2018 Chevrolet Equinox LT with tons of great features! Everybody we worked with there was kind and understanding of my unique situation, and after nearly 8 months of being turned away from others, I finally have a car! They also took my suv that hasn't started in 8 months due to hybrid battery issues, as a trade in! Thank you so much for everything OLYMPIA NISSAN! YOU GUYS ROCK!! My sales person was Noah,and was assisted also by Jordan, they were terrific! Chet, the finance manager is awesome and we had to had my husband to the loan, so there were a few others helped finish up our deal! All and all, I would give them all 10 stars if I could!
