She kept me apprised of everything that was happening, let me know what parts needed replacing, asked for permission, got my car cleaned, a friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and even the customers were friendly to each other. This place is better than a Starbucks for meeting people. I bought their seven oil change package which was a steal and Jessica let me k ow I can use it at any Nissan dealer, so that’s huge since I’ve needed oil changes out of town a few times. I went to Olympia Nissan to look at a vehicle in person after being turned down multiple times by other dealerships both online and in person. I decided this would be my last try if I get turned away again after being turned down multiple times by other dealerships both online and in person. I decided this would be my last try if I get turned away again. I am SO GLAD we went! I have serious credit challenges due to fighting a battle with cancer, these guys are FANTASTIC! They were so helpful and even though I couldn't afford the truck I went in to buy, they offered other options, and helped me get a really nice 2018 Chevrolet Equinox LT with tons of great features! Everybody we worked with there was kind and understanding of my unique situation, and after nearly 8 months of being turned away from others, I finally have a car! They also took my suv that hasn't started in 8 months due to hybrid battery issues, as a trade in! Thank you so much for everything OLYMPIA NISSAN! YOU GUYS ROCK!! My sales person was Noah,and was assisted also by Jordan, they were terrific!
