I went to Olympia Nissan to look at a vehicle in person after being turned down multiple times by other dealerships both online and in person. I decided this would be my last try if I get turned away again. I am SO GLAD we went! I have serious credit challenges due to fighting a battle with cancer, these guys are FANTASTIC! They were so helpful and even though I couldn't afford the truck I went in to buy, they offered other options, and helped me get a really nice 2018 Chevrolet Equinox LT with tons of great features! Everybody we worked with there was kind and understanding of my unique situation, and after nearly 8 months of being turned away from others, I finally have a car! They also took my suv that hasn't started in 8 months due to hybrid battery issues, as a trade in! Thank you so much for everything OLYMPIA NISSAN! YOU GUYS ROCK!! My sales person was Noah,and was assisted also by Jordan, they were terrific! Chet, the finance manager is awesome and we had to had my husband to the loan, so there were a few others helped finish up our deal! All and all, I would give them all 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend Olympia Nissan 100% More

We had to buy 2 cars in the span of 2 months due to unforeseen life events. The first one we found at Olympia Nissan and drove 100 miles there because it was a good deal. The whole buying process was seamless and we were blown away by their customer service. When a month later we had to unexpectedly buy a 2nd car, we weren’t necessarily expecting to go back to Olympia Nissan as we were shopping for the best deal. However, that ended up being at that very dealership once again. This time as return customers the process was even more efficient and we were treated just as well. We are confident we were offered fair deals for good vehicles, and had the pleasure of great customer service on top of that. Special shoutout to Seth from sales and Chet from finance for helping us along both purchases. It was worth the 100 mile drive both times! More
I came in to have my glove box replaced because a burglar had broken off the handle. This is the first time, in my experience, that this dealership failed in all aspects of this task. First, after being on backorder for 6 months, the Parts Department had ordered the wrong box (and the correct one is on backorder. Second, when I came in I intentionally opened the glove box (the latch could be opened with a small screwdriver) specifically so that the technician could readily access the box. Between the time I parked the vehicle and when it was worked on in the shop, someone closed the box and the technician ripped it open, wrecking the latch. As a result, I now have the box closed with duct tape. It took them an hour and a half to tell me about the problems. Obviously, I'm not a happy camper! More
