Went in on my appointment for Oil change. Service department was kind and helpful, accomadating, and very informative. The Service staff was very friendly & efficient. The only issue we had was that we were quoted $59.95 for the Oil Change and Service when we called a few days before the appointment. When the dea The only issue we had was that we were quoted $59.95 for the Oil Change and Service when we called a few days before the appointment. When the dealership called to say the service was complete, we were told the charges would be almost $90. This was simply unfair. It was explained that they had a receptionist that didn’t quote the correct amount… Again, unfair; this is the dealership’s responsibility, not the customer’s. The car looked great after a good wash! Next time, we’ll make certain we get a good quote for any work done. More
