Went in on my appointment for Oil change. Service department was kind and helpful, accomadating, and very informative. Their foreman was very knowledgeable in answering my questions on my 2020 Nissan Titan Pro-4x model. Once again a good experience. They offer free water, coffee and a little playroom inside their lobby. Shouts out to their staff as well for being friendly, professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this service department. The Service staff was very friendly & efficient. The only issue we had was that we were quoted $59.95 for the Oil Change and Service when we called a few days before the appointment. When the dealership called to say the service was complete, we were told the charges would be almost $90. This was simply unfair. It was explained that they had a receptionist that didn’t quote the correct amount… Again, unfair; this is the dealership’s responsibility, not the customer’s. The car looked great after a good wash! Next time, we’ll make certain we get a good quote for any work done. More

Austin in the service department was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us. The general manager, John Brown, was very accommodating and did what needed to be done to resolve th friendly. He went above and beyond to help us.
