Not very customer friendly, tried to sell me in over $1,000 worth (?) of other minimal services when I just wanted my due oil and filter change. I wouldn’t have purchased my car through oly Nissan had I known the cold customer service I got. More

Everyone I dealt with in the Service Department was nice and courteous. But nice and courteous doesn't necessarily keep my vehicle mechanically sound. I'm very disappointed with the quality of parts ins and courteous. But nice and courteous doesn't necessarily keep my vehicle mechanically sound. I'm very disappointed with the quality of parts installed on my 2007 Xterra. The OEM Wheel Bearing lasted 225,000 miles. The replacement bearing that I trusted to be of OEM quality, only lasted 29 days past the 12-month warranty and 3,810 miles past the 12k mile warranty. Yes, its past the warranty. But that is NOT OEM quality. The OEM wheel hub assembly with speed sensor lasted 237,000 miles. The replacement assembly lasted only 9 months into the 12-month warranty, and only 5,000 miles over the 12k warranty. Yes, this too exceeds the warranty period, but just barely. That doesn't even come close to OEM quality. It is more indicative of cheap aftermarket quality. I can go other places to get that. I don't like paying for the same parts and labor over and over. I don't go to Nissan for cheap aftermarket quality, I go for OEM quality; But that's not what Nissan is giving me. From a nice and courteous perspective, would I recommend them, yes, but from a quality of parts perspective, my experience clearly says....NO! More
