Jessica was my customer service agent and she was super friendly. She kept me apprised of everything that was happening, let me know what parts needed replacing, asked for permission, got my car cleaned, a friendly. I bought their seven oil change package which was a steal and Jessica let me k ow I can use it at any Nissan dealer, so that’s huge since I’ve needed oil changes out of town a few times.
