Best Dealership experience we have ever had! We went in without an appointment to look at used Jeeps. After skimming a small selection we were able to test drive a couple different options. We decided what without an appointment to look at used Jeeps. After skimming a small selection we were able to test drive a couple different options. We decided what we liked and disliked about each option and were not sure where to go from there. Working with Ben was amazing, being unsure of exactly what we wanted he offered to show us a personal vehicle on the lot to see what we thought about it. After we still were unsure Ben suggested we build a Jeep and worked us through the whole process and anything he was unsure about he made a phone call to find out the answer. Ben was more than willing to help us find exactly what we wanted and he even stayed after closing with a smile on his face, and was very happy to help us anyway he could. He was amazing! More

Aaron and Chance I can’t thank you enough for letting me know that my cabin and air filter needed to be replaced. The prices on on the filters were very reasonable. The wait time went fast, the coffee was great, the wait area was clean, and the showroom was nice. You have a customer for life Olympia Jeep. Also thank you for the car wash More
Went in to get the brakes done on my 2010 T&C. Told me it was going to be $1200 complete. Picked it up and it has this clicking sound. Tech said it was brake clips and ta safety issue. Very annoying noise. B was going to be $1200 complete. Picked it up and it has this clicking sound. Tech said it was brake clips and ta safety issue. Very annoying noise. Brought it back to replace the clips, said it needed w calipers. Asked why didn’t tell me first time? Said he’d discount labor 1/2 hour. Brought it in and they charged me an extra half hour, 2 hours total. Watched tech while he had it on the lift. Only took him half an hour. Complained to relationship manager to no avail. More
The dealership is ok. If you order from them don't expect updates, but that's not what got them a one star review. Mark S. (His name is so un-legible I cannot read it on any of the documents.) Tired three ti updates, but that's not what got them a one star review. Mark S. (His name is so un-legible I cannot read it on any of the documents.) Tired three times to slip items into the sale of my vehicle. Each time saying I took the addition out and added in a different addition. A week and half later he called me to "resign" and raised the interest rate, looked into this and found out it was a dealer scam called "Finance Reserve." He never gave a clear reason as to why said, the original bank wanted 3k more down, and when I said ok, it raised to 4k. It was never about that as I put 15k down. Not only did he scam me into a higher interest rate, he STILL added unapproved items into the sale. He claimed there was a non-negotiable processing fee. Got a call from the bank today to thank me as a customer and go over my sale. Mark added in a service plan. HE HIDE IT IN THE SALE AS --REPEL-- WHICH IS A SERVICE PLAN. For three basic oil changes that he said were complementary. If you are fine with a Dealership deciding what you buy with the purchase of then this dealership is a go. If you are not ok with being lied to and having items snuck into your sale, you should steer clear. The bank the loan is through is taking care of the malpractice and it will be getting removed from the loan. Mark will do anything to make a dollar off you, even if that means lying to your face about what's in the sale or being up front with what items in the sale are. After purchasing my vehicle during the long wait I had ample time to do my homework, if you want a good deal on a Jeep go north, the further the better the prices any way. If I had to do it over again I would have driven hundreds of miles to deal with a trust worth dealership that doesn't feel the have the right to deceive their customers when they are explicate with what they want More
The old "Bait and switch" sales approach. My wife and I bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee in May 2021. After a test drive and a few hours of negotiations over the value of our BMW trade value we agreed on a bot bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee in May 2021. After a test drive and a few hours of negotiations over the value of our BMW trade value we agreed on a bottom line difference. This is when the fun started. The salesperson wanted to add a $249 glass and paint treatment. I declined to have that done, and that same salesperson stated that he would be able to "Waive" the additional cost of the treatment for the glass only treatment. The Jeep was moved to "the shop" where this treatment was supposed to be applied, and after several minutes the vehicle was returned to the front of the showroom. Now it was another hour wait to get to the Finance Manager to go through the final steps of a cash sale. Somewhere during the process he ask us to sign a document stating that we had declined both the paint and glass treatment. That statement caused the hair on my neck to stand up and I explained that we had in fact declined the paint coverage but that the sales person had agreed to "Waive" the fees associated with the glass coverage and that the vehicle had been moved to have the application completed. He seemed shocked and stated that he would look into the issue. This ended up with the General Manager in the Finance office stating that the sales person was not allowed to "Waive" that fee. I stood up, thanked him for the chance to do business with Olympia Jeep but that over the addition of a $249 fee our deal was not going to happen and that we would move to another dealer. The GM tried to argue over that point for a couple minutes and finally yelled at the Finance Manager to "JUST GIVE IT TO THEM" slammed the door and left the office. At this point the windshield glass treatment had been done but the additional paint treatment had not been done as the vehicle had not moved from the front of the showroom. Finally after an exhausting 4 hour ordeal we left the dealership. The next day we were to take the BMW to the Dealership to finalize the sale. Before leaving in the morning it occurred to me that the "Paint Protection" had never been done, prompting a call to the Finance Manager, to see if they needed the Jeep in order to complete that process. After 4-5 hours I got a return call that shocked me! He stated that on every vehicle that goes through the detail process has both the glass and paint protection add at that time. Wait, you mean to tell me that every vehicle you sell has the protection applied, he stated yes. The bottom line is that this additional $249 is simply a pure profit to the Dealership! If, in fact, every vehicle has the process installed why try to lie and pretend to add it after the fact? Basic Auto Dealership Bait and Switch 101! Buyer Beware! The value of the Jeep was fair, the end trade value was fair (enough) but the added BS is simply dishonest. As a glass industry professional the bottom line cost for the process that they claim to have installed, Diamond Fusion, is less than $10 and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. More dishonesty! Why can't you simply negotiate the deal on the new vehicle and trade? A New Jeep owner. More
My husband and I have worked with this dealership several times over the years. Yes, that means we are so happy with them we keep going back. Our most recent purchase is my new Jeep Wrangler. I worked wit times over the years. Yes, that means we are so happy with them we keep going back. Our most recent purchase is my new Jeep Wrangler. I worked with Mike Flannigan for about 7 months. It took this long for me to decide which vehicle I really wanted (versus which vehicle I loved but was not practical for my family). Throughout the process, Mike and dealership were helpful, not intrusive and very patient. I love my new Jeep, continue to be very happy with Mike and Dealership, and let everyone know about my good experience. We got the Jeep we wanted at the price we wanted with very little fuss - the process took much less time than imagined and any delay was due to me forgetting I had looked my credit accounts - don’t forget that when you are ready to buy!
