At no point did the sales associate, Raymond Feliciano, attempt to contact us or communicate with us to let us know there was competing interest or to not bother driving up. He never offered an apology either when we introduced ourselves and he realized our predicament. Ridiculously bad customer service. More

The most despicable experience ever! STAY AWAY from here! Everything was going great until we sat down to purchase. We were insulted by the trade offer for a perfect low mileage Honda Accord that we bought new which was a third of Kelley Blue Book trade in. To top it off they said a huge down payment was required with a huge monthly payment and we have perfect credit. An obvious lie. Here's the best part, the sales manager Mike, was letting the "F" bomb fly right on the show room floor directed at us and the poor salesman that was trying to help us. Bruce Titus should be ashamed. I would never have expected this from that organization. If you don't want to get violated in the worst possible way in buying a car, stay away. When you catch them cheating you they will "F" bomb you right out of the place. More

My wife and I just purchased a brand new Jeep from Bruce Tittus in Olympia. I have multiple vehicles and swap out cars every 6 months or so. I am used to dealerships and expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service. Our experience at this dealership was EXCELLENT! Everybody is very friendly and you can’t walk 20 feet without an employee asking to help you. There were so many cars sold that day and it was easy to figure out why. They were more then fair on my trade, and they were flexible on the sales price, and if that wasn’t enough they beat the finance rate I had gotten from my credit union! All of that is wonderful but the best part is how friendly and sincere everybody is at this dealership. I won’t forget the excellent service that we received. Thanks again for the great deal on my new wheels! More

Look at the deal make sure the deal is clear to you. I had a good deal with these turkeys until the very end and they got me. I will never go back here and will not recommend to others. I know a lot of people. They will loose the money I lost in bad publicity and more. I made my deal on a Sunday, they were supposed to deliver the following Monday... no calls... I had to call them, got the car on Tuesday afternoon. The Jeep is great except the driver window is hard to roll up and at low speeds the vehicle pulls to the left. More
