Love Bruce-Titus Olympia! I bought my jeep from Bruce-Titus Olympia last year and had a great experience. I brought my jeep in for an oil change and Chris in service is amazing I bought my jeep from Bruce-Titus Olympia last year and had a great experience. I brought my jeep in for an oil change and Chris in service is amazing! Turnaround time is phenomenal, so fast! Ray in sales is awesome! Always enjoyable to chat with. I now live next door to Larson puyallup jeep dealership and I drive all the way to Olympia because your dealership is far and away better and surpasses Larson. I did not have a good experience at Larson with a service on my jeep therefore I will not go back. Thank you for being so awesome at Oly! More

I will say, this was by far the best service we have received. we were greeted with no pushy intent to buy. Eric our salesman was the greatest, He listened to what we wanted and gave his advice. we laughed, joked and found the perfect match. Eric was not pushy at all, it honestly was great, also the finance manager Todd was awesome as well. this was the fastest service we have ever received. I would totally recommend them to anyone I know in the hunt or a new vehicle. More
Not listening to their customer's requests Last month, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel for an routine oil change and asked the lady at the intake desk to also refill my DEF flui Last month, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel for an routine oil change and asked the lady at the intake desk to also refill my DEF fluid, and I made it clear that I was aware of the extra cost and would like to have the dealer to do it for me. After taking delivery of my car, I found the DEF level was still the same. I looked at my invoice, the charges were not reflecting refill the DEF fluid. Looks like this dealership either doesn't care about making money by providing services or it doesn't care about its customers. I am not sure which one, though. More

I have always dreaded shopping for cars, but I tell you what, Olympia Chrysler Jeep is a breath of fresh air! It felt like I was family. They had a good selection of cars, both new and used, and it was quite obvious that Nathan Powell, the internet manager, was truly interested in making sure that I was purchasing the right car for my needs. He was very thorough in explaining pricing, features, etc. And even after I bought it, he has stayed in touch with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my car and if there is anything he could do for me. I have purchased my fair share of cars, and this was hands down the best experience I've had. Definitely recommended! If you're looking for a new vehicle, shop here first and talk to Nathan. You'll leave happy! More

Upon arrival, the vehicle we were targeting was being sold. At no point did the sales associate, Raymond Feliciano, attempt to contact us or communicate with us to let us know there was competing interest or to not bother driving up. He never offered an apology either when we introduced ourselves and he realized our predicament. Ridiculously bad customer service. More
The most despicable experience ever! STAY AWAY from here! Everything was going great until we sat down to purchase. We were insulted by the trade offer for a perfect low mileage Honda Accord that we bought new which was a third of Kelley Blue Book trade in. To top it off they said a huge down payment was required with a huge monthly payment and we have perfect credit. An obvious lie. Here's the best part, the sales manager Mike, was letting the "F" bomb fly right on the show room floor directed at us and the poor salesman that was trying to help us. Bruce Titus should be ashamed. I would never have expected this from that organization. If you don't want to get violated in the worst possible way in buying a car, stay away. When you catch them cheating you they will "F" bomb you right out of the place. More
