Not listening to their customer's requests Last month, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel for an routine oil change and asked the lady at the intake desk to also refill my DEF flui Last month, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel for an routine oil change and asked the lady at the intake desk to also refill my DEF fluid, and I made it clear that I was aware of the extra cost and would like to have the dealer to do it for me. After taking delivery of my car, I found the DEF level was still the same. I looked at my invoice, the charges were not reflecting refill the DEF fluid. Looks like this dealership either doesn't care about making money by providing services or it doesn't care about its customers. I am not sure which one, though. More

I have always dreaded shopping for cars, but I tell you what, Olympia Chrysler Jeep is a breath of fresh air! It felt like I was family. They had a good selection of cars, both new and used, and it was quite obvious that Nathan Powell, the internet manager, was truly interested in making sure that I was purchasing the right car for my needs. He was very thorough in explaining pricing, features, etc. And even after I bought it, he has stayed in touch with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my car and if there is anything he could do for me. I have purchased my fair share of cars, and this was hands down the best experience I've had. Definitely recommended! If you're looking for a new vehicle, shop here first and talk to Nathan.
