My experience with Olympia Jeep was disappointing from start to finish. The sales process was fraught with poor communication between the dealership and the lender. Even after placing the lender on speake start to finish. The sales process was fraught with poor communication between the dealership and the lender. Even after placing the lender on speakerphone to resolve discrepancies, the Sales Manager became defensive, accused me of questioning his integrity, and even threatened to cancel the sale. This confrontational approach made an already frustrating process unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. After the purchase, I noticed the TPMS light was on. The dealership claimed this was due to oversized tires, but a visit to Les Schwab revealed the real issue: dead TPMS sensors. Once replaced, the light cleared immediately, proving the dealership’s explanation was incorrect. I also had to replace the tires due to safety concerns, as one had a large metal shard embedded in it. Clearly, the claim about oversized tires being the problem was baseless. On top of that, the driver-side door wouldn’t close properly because it was missing screws to secure it. Now, the check engine light has come on with a P0018 code, indicating a timing issue—adding yet another costly repair to the list. When I took the vehicle in to service the differential, I was shocked to find the fluid resembled black tar and contained metal fragments on the magnet designed to catch debris. Additionally, the rear brakes were severely worn and should never have passed inspection for a sale. It’s clear the dealership’s service department either ignored or overlooked these significant issues in their eagerness to close the sale. I will continue to update this review as more problems arise, but based on my experience so far, I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Olympia Jeep. More

The dealership claimed it was due to oversized tires, but when I took it to Les Schwab, they found that the TPMS sensors were simply dead and needed replacement. Bought a 2021 Ford F150 Lariat back on 8-25-24. As with any new/used vehicle your excited and cant wait to buy and drive it. Vehicle came with only one key, my cost to get new was over $300. Not th As with any new/used vehicle your excited and cant wait to buy and drive it. Vehicle came with only one key, my cost to get new was over $300. Not the end of the world but still was a hassle of getting a new one. The Navigation does not work and was told by the dealer it just needs an update and wait until it come back online from a factory reset they did. It still does not work and Ford is telling me to take it to a dealer to get it looked at. Ford is telling me it says the truck is not reachable. That would cost me $250 just to have them tell me what is wrong and then the cost to get it fixed. The next thing I started to notice was a noise coming from the front of the truck, about a week into driving it. I called the dealer and they said they would send a tow truck and get me into a loaner vehicle. They called back and canceled everything and stopped all communication with me. I set up an appointment with a local Ford dealer but it was weeks out before they could get me in. I tried to contact the dealer again to let them know the 50K truck they sold me was undrivable and they said again that they would help get things figured out. And once again they stopped all communication with me. Finally got it looked at on 10-16-24. It has now been almost two months of me not having a vehicle to drive. The front differential needs to be rebuilt due to bearings grinding metal to metal. This is something that has been going on way before I bought the truck. Luckily there is still a factory power train warranty and Ford is covering the cost. All I wanted was for this dealer to take a little bit of responsibility for selling a 50K truck that had issues before I bought it and get me a loaner until the truck got fixed. But they just told me two times they would help and both times backed out of helping me. I live 80 miles away from work and have a family that needs a vehicle on a daily so this situation has been horrible and a huge burden. I have given this dealer and the sales manager Nate Schilling multiple opportunities to make this right and they flat out refused to help me in anyway. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this something that needs to be out there for others to take into consideration when shopping for a vehicle. I know things like this can happen when buying any new or used vehicle but its how I was treated from this dealership that I am really struggling with. I have attached pictures of all the metal that came out of the front diff when the fluid was changed. Luckily I saved the fluid and brought it to the Ford dealer so they could have this and the oil fluid as a sample. More
RC was very friendly initially and we went into the dealership after work with our 1 year old. We test drove the vehicle and liked the rav4 hybrid. After the test drive he wanted to talk numbers. We we dealership after work with our 1 year old. We test drove the vehicle and liked the rav4 hybrid. After the test drive he wanted to talk numbers. We were already told by a colleague of his the vehicle had been on the lot 60 days so was soon going to auction. He offered us under what our trade in value vehicle was worth and was high pressure sales telling us we had to sign on the line before anything could be done. He got super pushy and rude and we were only $1,500 in difference. Because he was rude and pushy we chose to walk away. He then called my husband a week later and after we told him we bought a private party sale of a Tesla he told him that was not a wise choice. Would not recommend dealing with this dealership or RC. The manager Sean seemed nice but I know they were just talking crap of how not to make a sale in his office. Very unprofessional. More

Absolutely would not move on the price of our trade in (we were able to get the price we wanted later selling, not trading, at a different dealer so our number wasn't unfair), and was using heavy handed tactics to try to make us agree to saying we'd buy the vehicle before even taking numbers to his sales manager. My wife called his numbers out for being wrong (she used to work in finance and knew what she was saying) and he was incredibly rude to her in response. We ended up walking out without getting the vehicle in large part due to his behavior. When he did his follow up call later he was very condescending about the vehicle I told him we had purchased. My experience left a lot to be wanted. I cordially requested that those items be removed because I didn't approve any of them or at least it didn't require them. It was explained to me that these items are installed before the truck is put on the lot so they're automatically added to the price of the truck. I mentioned that those items should have been mentioned up front in the internet ad so people would know that the truck was going to cost more than what they have at listed at. Needless to say it was an effort and futility so I left pretty disappointed. As a point of clarity I should mention it was as no fault of the salesperson. It was after my criteria was written down and taken back to whoever was behind the doors in the back of the sales office that he returned with a bunch of stuff that was never mentioned in the ad. I was in possession of my pre-approval and over $10,000 in cash for my down payment. I fully intended on buying a truck that week. They were one of three or four dealers left that had the model that I was looking for. I suppose this was just the silver lining that led me to the five star dealership I bought my truck at. The one I got was 40,000 less miles, 5 years newer, and $6,000 less which allowed me to purchase an extended warranty and still drive home spending far less than the listed price on the truck I found at Olympia Chrysler Jeep. Happy shopping. Best regards, Lance Denison More
If you are in the car buying process DO NOT shop here! They overprice vehicles far beyond what they are worth and tell you that nothing can be done and are unwilling to negotiate. Worked with this place f They overprice vehicles far beyond what they are worth and tell you that nothing can be done and are unwilling to negotiate. Worked with this place for over a month and even after roughly a 7k drop in price for this vehicle, they still wanted to quote me as if I was buying a brand-new car fresh off the lot! This dealership is shady and will give you information and agree on things only for them to immediately take them back or not be honored. Understanding that when it comes to prices and rates, the dealership isn’t the one to directly determine those we were not initially upset. After multiple visits we only wanted to work with a manager as we felt that we were not getting a fair shake. We worked with the GM directly. Worst decision ever. He was not helpful even in the slightest and unwilling to make any negotiation of any sort. If you require extra work, the finance mangers/ store managers, and sales reps do not care, they will do the bare minimum and say there’s nothing else that can be done. They are not willing to show any sort if information on the car besides Carfax. Its like pulling teeth to get any maintenance records while the car is in their care. Don’t shop here and honestly, I would avoid it at all costs. Long ago I got sold a lemon vehicle and nothing could be done then. I’m not sure why I expected anything better this time around. Don’t spend your money here, don’t waste your time, keep driving down the same road and pick another dealership in the area. I wish Tyler W. from sales worked in another location or dealership cause he is the only helpful person in this entire building. This place is unprofessional, they lack communication, they lack knowledge of their own vehicles on the lot and will waste your time. Do yourself a huge favor, skip this headache of a place and go spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. You at least wont regret that. More
