Very bad cars, dont be fooled Don't be fooled by their niceness. Went to get a van for me and my 4 kids. I picked the only one that had a back seat. I took it off the lot it shook Don't be fooled by their niceness. Went to get a van for me and my 4 kids. I picked the only one that had a back seat. I took it off the lot it shook bad. Took it back they fixed stuff that didn't need to be fixed the brakes, rotors and the cheapest part that did. They didn't tell me I was driving a death trap with my precious cargo. All four motor mounts were busted in half. No wonder how the engine didn't fall out on me. And injure my kids. I will never and warn all of you not to trust these people and their cheap xxx automotive personnel. That don't give a crap. They say your getting a good deal when there is 3,000. Worth of xxxx to be fixed. These people a two face blank blank. I also know one other that had bought from them their vehicle doesn't even run. So I hope this helps for the ones thinking of buying from ole Ben Franklin in Knoxville TN. More

do not go to them I purchased a 2007 nissan altima for 9,500 and they told me that even though i didn't have much credit that i would still have a low interest rate.
