There were some problems to be fixed so they decided to work on it before we could take it. They kept it 1 month and as soon as we got it back, the problems started. Since we have it (for 4 months then) we had to call a tow truck twice. We already had to pay 2000$ (full service, the list of problems was unimaginable) + 600$ (the brakes stopped working!) + 1000$ (huge oil leak)! A total of 3600$ in 4 months!! After everything we did, the car is still unsafe to drive! All the tyres have to be changed (500-600$), there is another leak to fix at the rear of the car (another 1000$). It is impossible that they did not see how bad was the car when they sold it to us. They even "fixed" an oil leak using a kind of gauze. Ole Ben Franklin clearly lied about the condition of the car. This car was and is still completely unsafe to drive. It should have been dismantled and not sold! It seems they does not really care about safety issue! Did I say, we have an 19 month old son that we put in this unsafe car everyday? Be very careful and avoid if you can.. More

I mean there were a couple of hiccups and I didn't buy what I came in for but everyone was great, top to bottom. I give five stars simply based on how the issues were handled, period. My advice to folks expecting absolute perfection with ANY car buying experience? It ain't out there and Jesus won't be a dealer anytime soon. Relax, be honest, be nice and slow down. Just because your phone makes you some kind of god in your own mind doesn't make it so. Be kind and you'll get kindness back more often than not. Be a self important jerk and you'll get back, well we all know...... More
Would give it negative stars if possible I bought a nissan pathfinder in August 2016. Firstly, when I bought the car the license and registration were included in the price. It took them thre I bought a nissan pathfinder in August 2016. Firstly, when I bought the car the license and registration were included in the price. It took them three months before they got me my plates I had to return to the dealership twice to get a new temp tag. I brought the car in about a week after I had bought it to get a new rear tire put on. Secondly, I brought the car in for an oil change and was informed that the front tire did not have a front axel. I had not had any work done on the tires or brakes since I had bought the car originally. This dealership sold me a car with no front passenger side axel. When we discussed the situation with the manager he became very unprofessional, aggressive and started swearing. They said it would be about $470 to fix the missing axel and to fix the problems from not having the axel when I initially bought the vehicle and driving it around. They also inform me that it was very dangerous not to have a front axel and the tire could have came off at any time. I could have lost my life due to this dealerships not doing their safety inspection before they sold me the pathfinder. I routinely drive on the highway from different facility's for work if the tire would have came off on the highway I could have easily been killed or kill someone else. They did eventually agree to pay half of the total bill from the repairs, but how much is a persons life worth to this dealership apparently $240. I would never buy a car from them again and would strongly recommend no one else doing so either. Its a sad day when you buy a car and can't even trust them to make sure it is safe to drive not only for the consumer but for everyone else on the road too. More

Jamie told us there would be a $500 upfront deposit. he said if the vehicle comes in and we like it, the $500 is money down on the vehicle. If we don't like it, we get the $500 back. We test drove explorer on 5/2 and gas pedal was stuttering once truck was heated up. Jamie said they would fix the problem before we took the vehicle home. We signed the paperwork. We went to pick the explorer up the next day. When we left the lot, the truck seemed fine, and we took it home. The next day, once the truck heated up, the stuttering was much worse. We immediately took it back to the shop and asked for our $500 back. Jamie (Manager) said they would fix the problem. That was on May 3. Today it is Jun 22 and they still have the truck. They gave us a loner car, but we want our truck fixed and given to us. We have stopped by there and called numerous times, and every time we call or stop by, Jeff in auto repair says they have been working on it, but can't seem to find the problem. He said they took it to ford and changed the computer out and 02 sensors and whatever else. Now it's something to do with linkage? Today, we called and talked to "Mike" in auto repair and he said he would find out what is going on and get right back with us. He didn't. They never get back with us until we go there or we call. We are completely disappointed. We want what Jamie promised us! Either $500 back or our truck working! More

Asked were they got them and it was pep boys, went to pep boys and they said they don't have nitrogen. Then was told we would get a key fob for key less entry and a spare key. 5 weeks still nothing. As well was promised to have paint chips and scratches repaired 5 weeks later still not done. Called and said everything was done and ready to go. Sad they treat customers this way. My first purchase was great a year ago, now there going down hill with customer service and not owning up to there promises and 90% of cars there are wrecked. I won't Be shopping there anymore and taking my business else where. As well I will be returning the vehicle and getting my down payment back, contract agreements were not kept. More

They completely lied to me, through their teeth. Upon hearing that they couldn't give me a carfax unless I paid for it, but could give me a history of the car - I asked again, "but are YOU aware of any accident the car has been involved in?" I asked this because sometimes a carfax will not show unreported accidents. The guy, again, lied through his teeth and said he wasn't aware of any accident. The car was OBVIOUSLY damaged, the front bumper was not flush against the lights (obvious accident damage) and the carfax report showed at least one (1) accident. I wanted a jeep with relatively low mileage, the service manager finds me one that I love so I sign paperwork and give them the down payment. My first minor issue with them was I told them I could put $2000 down, they said "ok $3000". Not happy about that but I really like this car so I rolled with it. They tell me it will be 3 days to a week before I get it and put me in this beautiful hummer until it gets here. Well a little over a week I give them a call to inquire after the status of the jeep, they tell me they will find out and call back but they don't. I waited a little while and tried again, same thing- so in short the cheerfully relieved me of a few thousand dollars and gave me the run around. And this hummer they have me driving; it's pretty but that's the only commendation I can give it. The cup holder in the back falls off of its tracks, the parking brake release handle comes off when you try to pull it, one of the shocks is squeaking something terrible and the sunroof leaks majorly- which is not only aggravating but has caused some sort of electrical malfunction that's causing the lights to not work and the car's security system to keep me from cranking it. I am going in the next couple days to see if they can rectify this situation, if they can then I may change my mind but in the interim, if I could rate these people in the negatives I absolutely would. -Miranda W More
