Luckily, I stopped at Ole Ben Franklin Knoxville first. The manager, Toby, was absolutely wonderful at explaining the process and making me feel comfortable with my purchase. My sales person, Harry, was beyond helpful letting me drive every car on the lot until I found "the one" lol. I am beyond grateful for Ashley, the finance lady, that explained GAP insurance and got me a payment way lower than I expected. The whole process was laid back and stress free. These guys are great! I will recommend them to all my friends! More
