I bought a new Nissan Frontier at Martin in 2019. I added $1,297 to the purchase price for the lifetime oil change/tire rotation package. Old Orchard (the new owners) refuses to honor the package. When I tried to call my sales person, they wouldn't put me through to him. Rather, I was transferred to someone who interrogated me about the reason for my call. When I refused to give her a reason, she ended the call. My opinion is that THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. Best to stay away from Old Orchard Nissan. More
I filled out an internet inquiry about a vehicle and never received back any information. Everybody that talked to at every level was rude and condescending. I tried to speak to TiM Mckay and was denie never received back any information. Everybody that talked to at every level was rude and condescending. I tried to speak to TiM Mckay and was denied. I tried to share my experience with any namer and was told no, nobody is available. I was basically told to go kick rocks. I work in the car industry and have never experienced to level of disrespect ever. Dealerships spend so much money on customer service and making their store stand out. I can not believe that any ownership would endorse me being treated the way. More
Bindi, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and kind - on a day when he was short-staffed in multiple departments. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great service experience, just as he h kind - on a day when he was short-staffed in multiple departments. I am consistently satisfied with the work completed and the customer service of this team, and my decision to buy from this dealership and utilize their service team is reassured each time I visit. I was hearing loud roaring noise when I drove. I figured it was my brakes. I brought my car in for evaluation. My service person was a woman. I was very glad because you don't see that often. The customer service is always top notch and I’ve never had a repair that wasn’t done with excellent care and attention. They pay incredible attention to detail and my vehicle has been running perfectly si had a repair that wasn’t done with excellent care and attention. I just wanted to get on here and give a major thank you to Mary in the service department. My family is having extreme financial issues, and even though I was past the mileage on my warranty, they still we to Mary in the service department. It ended up costing me $0.00. This means more to me then you could ever know, because it helps me realize that there is still good people out there. So yes thank you so much, guys. More

After getting a nail stuck in my tire, I went to Nissan for assistance. I had purchased 4 tires there a year ago. They had the same tires in stock now and replaced the damaged one on the spot.
