if I could I would give 0stars to this dealership. they don‘t respond to emails or texts and if you call they won’t talk to you or do business till you come in. if you go in will meet car salesmen fro they don‘t respond to emails or texts and if you call they won’t talk to you or do business till you come in. if you go in will meet car salesmen from stone age with their typical xxxxxxx attitude and tactics assuming consumers will not see through all the gimmicks they use. please read other reviews on YELP bcos every one of those reviews capture the experience you will go through. it’s time all of us collectively boycott buying from this dealership which doesn’t know how to treat customers right or do business in the internet age. Dont waste you time on this old dealership there is a reason it’s on old orchard the name itself indicates the are very very old and backwards. Oh and I had a very bad experience talking to Chris and Jay(says he is a manager but has no managerial skills- a supervisor at a call center would do better). Reached out to Max the GM and Todd/Joe who probably own the dealership but haven’t got any response at the time of posting this review. So I am sure they don’t care about customer satisfaction or service either. More

I inquired about a vehicle listed online for $24,515. Got called back by a person named Wayne to discuss. I arrived at the dealer Saturday morning to look at the car. I asked for Wayne and was told th Got called back by a person named Wayne to discuss. I arrived at the dealer Saturday morning to look at the car. I asked for Wayne and was told that nobody with that name worked there. I then worked with the salesman that greeted me. I told him that I knew I wouldn't qualify for all of the discounts factored into the price. I kept pressing the salesman for a price and was told the price would be the MSRP price of $32,600. I told him he must be nuts if I or anybody else would ever pay full window sticker on this type of 2024 car when the 2025 models were already out. This car was dirty on the inside with leaves on the floor of the back seat. There were 800 miles on the odometer. I walked out the door. I have been negotiating auto purchases for over 40 years and this had to be the worst and most disingenuous sales hustle I ever experienced. This dealership should be renamed Mealymouthed Motors. Called several times asking for me to come back and finalize. time negotiating a new price, it was confirmed and agreed to finalize in several days. Called several times asking for me to come back and finalize. Agreed to come back after being assured of price of $ 34k - head sales manager then tries to back it up to $ 34,999. Wasted time, these guys dont' deal with full deck. More
Traveling 5 hours from out of state, you’d want the car buying process to be made easy. Unfortunately this was not the case as this dealership made it the absolute worst time of mine as well as my wife’s l buying process to be made easy. Unfortunately this was not the case as this dealership made it the absolute worst time of mine as well as my wife’s life. When sitting down to talk numbers, my vehicles online price and the price they gave me were completely different. They want you to just sign paperwork and agree to dealership ads that you do not ask for because they believe you are not educated on the topic of buying cars. This dealership does not accept any outside credit, which is an immediate red flag. The only positive outcome from my car buying process was the car itself, it is by far the best car I have purchased. In total we sat at the dealership and wasted 7 hours of our lives and were pulled into the finance office with the manager who continued to argue with us for a majority of that time. In the end I had to fight for what I wanted and still came out on top meanwhile unsuspecting people who don’t know better get taken advantage of. More
I recently had a terrible experience with Old Orchard Nissan. They refuse to provide an estimated monthly payment for a car unless they conduct a hard check on your credit score. This is a deceptive tact Nissan. They refuse to provide an estimated monthly payment for a car unless they conduct a hard check on your credit score. This is a deceptive tactic designed to pressure potential buyers into making a purchase once their credit score is lowered. One should easily be able to add the price of car, taxes and fees etc and provide you an estimate of monthly payment based on an average or the lowest interest rates, and as long as you are informed that this is an estimate, it should be fine. Despite informing them that I already own two Nissan vehicles (one financed and one leased) and have a history of on-time payments, they still refused to disclose their lowest interest rate. This suggests that their primary goal is to obtain a hard credit check rather than provide transparent pricing information. When I called to express my concerns, I was hoping for an apology or a change in their policy. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was uncooperative and insisted that I conduct my own online search or allow them to run a hard credit check. I strongly advise potential car buyers to avoid Old Orchard Nissan. Their deceptive practices and lack of transparency are a major red flag, at least for me. More
