Very good experience, especially for two women!!! I had contacted this dealership over a week earlier and was told that the vehicle was sold. After having a horrible experience the day before at anoth I had contacted this dealership over a week earlier and was told that the vehicle was sold. After having a horrible experience the day before at another dealership, I contacted Luis by email. He called me within minutes and said that the vehicle was still there. Several hours later, I arrived at Martin Nissan and was greeted immediately by James. He went to get Luis for me. Luis came out and informed me that James would take care of me. That he did! After a short while, I agreed to purchase the vehicle that I came for at the price I wanted to pay. I wasn't spoken down to or belittled because I was a woman, he opened the hood before the test drive, he allowed my friend (a female) to go back outside and check the oil, he gave us water and snacks even after we said no thank you, and he kept my friend busy talking about cellphones and technology while we waited for the finance person. He even congratulated me on my high credit score. Even after the purchase was done, he got into the vehicle and took the time to program everything for me and explain how everything worked. The only problems I had were with financing. Samantha took forever to call me in, but she never explained or apologized. I never saw anyone go in or come out of her office while I waited. Also, I don't think that I got the financing rate that I should have for my credit rating. More

Good experience I went in to Martin Nissan after seeing a couple of used Muranos that looked nice on Autotrader. From the beginning, Daniel was very attentive and acc I went in to Martin Nissan after seeing a couple of used Muranos that looked nice on Autotrader. From the beginning, Daniel was very attentive and accommodating with his help. He got someone to bring the car in the garage so I could take a look at it before going on a test drive. The test drive went well so I inquired to see if I could go take it to my mechanic so he could take a look at it as well. Daniel had no problem whatsoever in letting me do so. After getting a copy of my license and insurance, he gave me the keys. My mechanic found a couple of problems that were fairly typical with Nissans underneath the frame of the car. After returning to the dealership, I sat down and discussed these problems and began negotiations with Daniel. It took quite awhile and there was a lot of back and forth, but we finally came to a deal. Daniel and the dealership seemed pretty honest and forthcoming with information on the car (they did not seem like they were trying to hide anything). Overall it was a pretty good experience and I am happy to have a car. More
