I delayed writing this as I fail to remember the young lady at the service desk. I have met her before when my car had issues with the locks. She was exceptional in helping me get the service of my car. 6 lady at the service desk. I have met her before when my car had issues with the locks. Here is the deal; she treated me as a person of importance because she reflected on me specifically on previous service. She portrayed she knows me. Wow. Oh I wish I could remember her name.
