A Pleasant Surprise The experience I had at Martin Nissan was far from what I expected. I was greeted by Tom Hoyland when I arrived, and he invited me to have some food w The experience I had at Martin Nissan was far from what I expected. I was greeted by Tom Hoyland when I arrived, and he invited me to have some food while I waited for him to pull up the one car I was interested in. As a young woman, this was my first car purchase and the first stop on my list of dealerships that day. The car was super clean (inside and out), which was reassuring because I arrived without scheduling an appointment. I did not buy the car that day, but by giving them a deposit, the car was marked as "sold" for an entire week while my third-party financing was completed. Through the whole process and delays, Tom worked with me and was patient. The next Saturday, I arrived ready to make the transaction. I had asked Tom a bunch of questions up until this point, and he had answers for me when I followed up. I test drove the car once more just to be sure. Tom is very considerate and even prepped me on the things I would be offered when I went to the finance manager. Jim was very helpful in working out the numbers! Overall, I don't think I would have gotten half of this experience at another major dealer. I had a great sense of peace in doing business with Martin Nissan. It just felt right. More
