Regarding my most recent purchase, 2017 Rogue Sport--I went in just to have a conversation about possibly trading-in my 2015 Rogue. I wasn't sure if that was what I really wanted to do, I was committed to what I wanted and what I did not want. My salesman Tom Pazienza, didn't just listen to me, but he "heard" me. There was absolutely no pressure! In as much as I had resolved that I would walk away if I didn't get a great deal...a deal that I was comfortable with; Tom Pazienza (salesman) and Malcohm Thurman (manager) made sure that I didn't walk away without a good deal. Also, I appreciate Fred Kodroff for paying close attention to details of myriad paperwork, but yet getting through it as expediently as possible. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership. More

In fact everyone that I worked with throughout the car buying from Julia Gertsman, to Malcohm Thurman, to Fred Kodroff were pleasant and easy to work with. I normally dread dealing with idiots that insult my intelligence, but these guys were very transparent and after a few back and forths, they get my to the number I wanted for both the car and my trade in. It's rare for my to buy a car without raising my voice and having my intelligence insulted but these guys are top notch. I was surprised that this dealership had no problem to let me test drive both cars for a day each - just to help me make up my mind. I didn't feel pressured or hurried at any time.
