Great Service Once Again!! The other day I brought my recently purchased new vehicle in to receive the scotch guard protection spray for the interior and the protection spray fo The other day I brought my recently purchased new vehicle in to receive the scotch guard protection spray for the interior and the protection spray for the exterior. Chris in the service shop was very informative, professional and kept me updated throughout the process. The whole service was supposed to take 4 hours, so they even offered me a loaner car so I cook complete any errands. However, I decided to wait in the lobby which was fully stock with fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and other beverages. While waiting the manager Jim Pigoni came by to check to see if I was doing ok, again offered me a loaner vehicle in case I needed to run an errands, and provided me with status as to my vehicle. All in all, I was very impressed with Chris and jim Pigoni regarding their level of service, professionalism and hospitality. Both Chris and Jim Pigoni are assets to the Martin Nissan dealership.
