Due to certain circumstances I Roza and Jackie at Martin Nissan were AMAZING. I reached out to Jackie in December about a vehicle I was interested in. Due to certain circumstances I myself decided to wait a few months before purchasing a car. Both Jackie and Roza kept in contact with me. Once I was ready to make my purchase I came in and Roza showed me the vehicle that I wanted to see. She was very friendly and informative. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. After falling in love with the truck I seen I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The price of the truck was a great deal. I didn't even feel the need to try to negotiate a lower price because I felt like I was already getting a great deal. I told her how much I wanted to pay and there was no back and fourth haggling. They were very straight forward. I was very happy with the payments that were presented to me. While waiting for the paperwork both me and my husband were able to eat some delicious food from the BBQ that they had going on for there customers. They had a nice relaxing area for customers to sit and eat at. I was extremely happy leaving with my new truck. Roza even called me a few days later to check on me and make sure everything was going good with the truck that I had purchased. This was definitely one of the best experiences that I had at a dealer. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
