Last year , my wife and I thought of just “shopping around” , not really buying since our T. RAV4 was still quite functional. We met mr. Chris Palmer who helped us check out a NissanRogue , which we appreciated well , not just for the great machine in the Rogue , but more so in the person who helped us get through the pain of choosing our next vehicle. A gentleman - Chris is both helpful, kind and especially patient with 2 old folks who had too many questions. He practically educated us in the Nissan quality and superiority over stiff competition. From there we made a resolve to see MartinNissan thru Chris Palmer right after our planned trip to the FarEast. Sure enough , when we came back mid-Spring, we got to see Chris who put Us in an excellent Glacier White Nissan Rogue - our new car ! More

From the moment I walked in their door, they were pleasant, knowledgable, and best of all - they actually listened to me. In the past, I've worked with car dealers that only wanted to tell me what they thought. Huxley listened to what I was telling him and helped me realize I was going in the right direction. I bought a Leaf (my first electric car) and was very unsure. He answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them) and then offered me a one-day demo where I could see how the car fit into my lifestyle. I was sold from that moment on. When I went to pick up the car, there was a problem as Honda had given us the wrong figures for my trade in. I thought I'd go home without the Leaf and was ready to walk out the door, but the relief crew came in. Joe and Fred worked their magic and again, listened to me, so that we got to a point that we could make it work. Though out the process they were patient, thoughtful, respectful and didn't push. I've never had that experience at a car dealer so I know that I will strongly recommend that, if you are looking for a great dealership to work with, I can't recommend Martin Nissan enough. And, finally, did I say - they are all really nice people. A pleasure to work with. More
