Saved By The Dealership Two weeks ago I walked into Martin Nissan looking for a new car because it was time to get rid of mine. However, I did not know where to begin. Malcohm Thurman and the management team heard my concerns and had Jim Exhols assist me with my needs. I told Jim exactly what I wanted and what my budget was, he took his time to truly find something that best suited me and my needs. Though we did not find something that day, Jim looked around and so happened to find me a 2015 Nissan Rogue SL in which I love! The team at Martin Nissan truly took time to get to know my needs and wants and their customer service was outstanding. They did not force me into a car, they truly took care of me as the customer. For this to be my first time actually buying a car I would like to say Thank You to the team at Martin Nissan and I would highly recommend anyone in the Chicagoland area to take a trip to their dealership they will treat you like family and not a customer!!!!!
