Great customer service I had been doing a fair amount of research and was pretty certain that a Nissan Rogue was the right car for me. I searched a few websites and found s I had been doing a fair amount of research and was pretty certain that a Nissan Rogue was the right car for me. I searched a few websites and found some contenders that I wanted to check out that were spread amongst three different dealers. Obviously the vehicles were pretty similar but after our first visit to Martin Nissan and dealing with Brian Ferguson I knew that he was who I wanted to purchase a vehicle from. From the start, Brian was super friendly and personable and answered every question we had about the vehicle thoroughly. When we arrived it was a torrential downpour but he went out in the rain and found the vehicle I was interested and pulled it into the garage so we could take a look at it without getting wet. His friendly demeanor won us over. I found similar vehicles at other dealers, some of which were even cheaper, but I knew that based on Brian's personality and customer service I would buy from Brian and Martin Nissan. Additionally, our interactions with Malcohm and Samantha were nothing but outstanding too. In fact, everyone we dealt with at Martin Nissan was fabulous with great customer service and that is why we ended up purchasing our vehicle there. More
