Malcohm, unlike many Sales managers, isn't the bad guy in the process. He's pragmatic, transparent and decisive in getting a fair deal done. (And he's a snappy dresser) If it can be done, he'll get your there. Freebie oil changes and Saturday catered lunches (which are amazing) are just icing on the cake. Jim Echols was my sales man and he reassured me that "it's all about the way you formulate the deal" and that he was sure i can get a car with my terrible score and no cosigner.
