Absolutely disappointing experience. I called to speak with a salesperson and Kris refused to transfer me. I asked for an out the door price (purchase contract) before making a 6 hour dr I called to speak with a salesperson and Kris refused to transfer me. I asked for an out the door price (purchase contract) before making a 6 hour drive and was told they would not provide one. I also asked for higher resolution photos because the ones posted are too small to see details and that was refused too. I even asked if the charging cable comes with the hybrid since it is not shown in the photos and was told, "I don't know, if it doesn't come with one we will get you one." That did not give me much confidence. It is frustrating when you are a serious buyer ready to spend money and the dealership will not provide basic information. More
