I highly recommend you do not do business with this dealership. As the manager including the whole management is super unprofessional, super disrespectful, and inconsiderate of other people’s hard earn dealership. The General Sales Manager his name is Cozimilo Giancana was super disrespectful, cursed me out ( SAYING GET THE F*** OUT ) told me to go sit in a corner and he’ll go look for my check that I went to go pick back up on a car that I put as a deposit on that they tried to falsely give information on and ended up being a Manufacture Buyback/Lemon. Yesterday I went to the Old Orchard Nissan on Golf Rd in Skokie. I was looking into purchasing a Vehicle there gave them a 10K check as a down payment while they run financing, Mind I sat there for 3/4 hours and I left told the Salesman Rich to call me as he said he would once financing was approved, they not only ran our credit 6 hard times but didn’t even inform us that they were going to do such. I call the dealership in evening over and over and they keep telling me I can’t speak to the salesman over the phone and that I would have to come in person to speak and it doesn’t make any sense why I should drive 30 mins for an answer they can’t give me over the phone. I call this morning they still can’t give me an answer over the phone telling me to come in the morning so my sister goes to the dealership and they say that the salesman isn’t in till 1, mind you they just told us on the phone he’s in the dealership and to come in. So we request our check back and they say that they don’t have it. The salesman has the check.. come after 1. So I do just that on the way to work. I come into the dealership and talk to this disgusting man that treated me so poorly, I ask for my check and he gets frustrated mind you I’m not sure why he’s so fluttered and have such an attitude. He tells me “Go sit in that corner or something by there red chairs and I’ll look in 10/15 minutes” first of all that’s no way to speak to a customer, So I call the salesman and ask where is my check he says this manager has the check and he hears me calling the salesman and gets even more upset and tells someone on the phone “I’m about to tell this guy to get the F*** out right now” then he says now you can really wait 10/15 minutes and get your check and then tells me to go wait outside in the cold.. mind you I then call my family on the phone and tell them how he just spoke to me and he runs outside and throws my check at me and tell me to get the xxxx out and came at me like he was going to do something as in hurt me. Then I tell him I’m going to right reviews on him specifically and the dealership and he then proceeds to the run back outside still screaming threatening me and throws his business card at me. So I’m here to TELL ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SHOP NISSAN DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION, I plan to take action with corporate as I already have and if they don’t have this man fired I’ll take it consumer law. But I don’t believe anyone should ever be treated as such. 1. They lied to sell me a lemon car 2. Cursed me out to get my own money back 3. Completely disrespected me as a buying customer More
I found a truck online for a decent price, only to find that they will attempt to tack on $5000 to certify the truck, $1800 for a tow hitch and overestimated the tax to pocket the difference at contract ti that they will attempt to tack on $5000 to certify the truck, $1800 for a tow hitch and overestimated the tax to pocket the difference at contract time. They also said I needed to provide a credit card when my salesman went to talk to the manager and then tried to hold it hostage when I refused to participate in their excess fees. I caught the manager in multiple "untruths" when he came to "close" the deal. The truck was missing a tow hitch (which was listed on the original window sticker) and they agreed to install one at a later date if I signed that day. They did honor that promise, but I didn't appreciate the games played during the buying process. More
The service I received from Alex and Old Orchard Nissan was exceptional. I had a problem with my car and Alex was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. if I could I would give 0stars to this dealership. they don‘t respond to emails or texts and if you call they won’t talk to you or do business till you come in. if you go in will meet car salesmen fro they don‘t respond to emails or texts and if you call they won’t talk to you or do business till you come in. if you go in will meet car salesmen from stone age with their typical xxxxxxx attitude and tactics assuming consumers will not see through all the gimmicks they use. please read other reviews on YELP bcos every one of those reviews capture the experience you will go through. it’s time all of us collectively boycott buying from this dealership which doesn’t know how to treat customers right or do business in the internet age. Dont waste you time on this old dealership there is a reason it’s on old orchard the name itself indicates the are very very old and backwards. Oh and I had a very bad experience talking to Chris and Jay(says he is a manager but has no managerial skills- a supervisor at a call center would do better). Reached out to Max the GM and Todd/Joe who probably own the dealership but haven’t got any response at the time of posting this review. So I am sure they don’t care about customer satisfaction or service either. More
