First time getting my oil changed here and in general (car owner noobie). I was really nervous about how it all worked but Richard was very kind and clear on the directions. Looked pretty clean and it helped there was free wifi readily available since I did not have phone service in that room. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the text messages and links from them as they worked on the car so that was nice. I was not expecting more than just the oil change, so seeing my car cleaner than when I arrived was amazing. I was dreading going to the car wash later and now didn't need to. So very thankful! More

I am frustrated with this situation because this was an issue that existed when the car was sold to me and I drove it off of the lot. I had no idea that it indicated a problem and certainly wouldn’t have t issue that existed when the car was sold to me and I drove it off of the lot. I had no idea that it indicated a problem and certainly wouldn’t have thought it was a problem since it was being sold to me this way. The very first time I bring my car in for an oil change - I am told it is a problem that I should have brought up and am handed a 600.00 bill to repair. This is definitely not how I believed this dealership would handle something like this. Im frustrated, disappointed and will certainly not be giving any future business to Martin Nissan. More
